Immunization is an effort to prevent infectious diseases that must be carried out on babies as early as possible to maintain their quality of life, but not all mothers immunize their children. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the complete status of basic immunization for babies 12-24 months in Majasari Village, Jawilan Health Center Working Area in 2023. The method used is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The number of samples in this study was 59 respondents using accidental sampling. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between knowledge and education and the completeness of immunization for babies (ɑ<0.05). However, there was no relationship between employment status, family support, and affordability of health services with complete immunization for babies (ɑ>0.05). It is recommended that the Jawilan Community Health Center further promote the benefits of immunization for children.
