Analysis of The Development Factors of “Wellness Community-Based Tourism” in Rejang Lebong District

Health Tourism is a global industry that offers facilities to promote health and increase individuals' physical, psychological, and spiritual awareness. This research aims to describe the factors for developing "Wellness Community Based Tourism" as an effort to increase healthy living in the Belitar Seberang Tourism Village. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The research population was all visitors to the Belitar Seberang tourism village from January to July 2022. The research instrument used a structured questionnaire involving observation and distribution of Likert scale questionnaires. The research results are based on a total assessment of 6 variables and 22 sub-variables using six tourism facilities from 70 participants were 3,890 with an average value of 176.6, indicating that health community-based tourism in the Belitar Seberang Tourism Village has high development potential. Availability of the Belitar Seberang Tourism Village, which has high potential to be developed into health tourism by utilizing local wisdom. This research confirms that currently, health tourism has become a trend with a significant market segment.
