Bleeding is one of the causes of hypovolemia in head injury patients. The aim of this case study is to determine emergency nursing care for patients with head injuries. The research method used is a case study of patients with head injuries. This research was carried out in the emergency room at a hospital in Banten. The results of the research during the assessment were that symptoms were found in both patients, namely the presence of a palpable weak pulse and narrowed pulse pressure. The actions implemented include treating wounds with pressure dressings, monitoring bleeding levels and pulse levels, and collaborating with doctors for pharmacological therapy. The evaluation of the two patients was that there was a difference in time in achieving the predetermined nursing goals, namely that the first patient showed signs of reduced symptoms more quickly than the second patient. The conclusion obtained is that nursing care management using an emergency approach, namely primary assessment and secondary assessment, can be carried out in head injury patients. Nurses must carry out emergency nursing care systematically with complete documentation.
