Nursing Care for Patients with Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever with Hypovolemia

Dengue fever is a disease commonly found in hot climates (tropical) carried by Aedes Aegypti mosquitoes that carry the Dengue virus. The purpose of this study was to carry out and compare nursing care for two patients experiencing Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The methodology used in this case was to explore the problem of nursing care in two patients who experienced DHF at RSUD Dr Adjidarmo Rangkasbitung. The research was conducted for 3 days starting from May 10-12, 2024, data was collected by interview, observation, and physical examination. Implementation was carried out based on Hypovolemia management interventions where the problem was resolved with the data obtained feeling weak, decreased, complaints of thirst decreased, pulse 100x/minute, blood pressure 120/80 mmHg, lip mucosa improved.
