This study uses a descriptive research design with a case study method using a nursing care approach that includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention or planning, implementation, and evaluation. The research was conducted in the Emergency Department of Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Serang Hospital. Nursing care was given to two male and female patients for 3 days of treatment. Data collection in this case study research was conducted through interviews and observations. This study shows that the CRT examination of both patients is still >3 seconds and there is edema in the extremities. The problem of ineffective peripheral perfusion in CHF patients has not been resolved, characterized by CRT >3 seconds and edema. Further research is needed to improve the effectiveness of circulation care programs in CHF patients.
