This study uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study using two patients with acute coronary syndrome and decreased cardiac output as respondents. Data collection in this study were observation, interview, physical examination, and documentation study conducted in 2024 at RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara. The results of this study highlight the importance of multidisciplinary management in patients with SCA, especially in stabilizing hemodynamics and reducing the risk of complications.
