Stunting is a condition when toddlers have below-average height. The prevalence rate of stunting in Indonesia in 2021 was 24.4%. This is due to the nutritional intake provided for a long time, not following the needs. Toddlers are children aged 5 years, characterized by a very rapid process of growth and development and accompanied by changes that require more nutrients with high quality. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in toddlers. This research was conducted with a literature review approach using the journal search method from 2019-2022. The analysis results of five journals obtained three journals that have similarities in the effect of exclusive breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting in toddlers, while the other two journals have no relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Exclusive breastfeeding influences preventing stunting.
