Low Back Pain is pain, muscle strain, or stiffness that occurs in the area between the lower border of the ribs and above the gluteal fold, with or without pain radiating to the legs (sciatica). The study aims to determine the factors associated with complaints of low back pain in MAN 2 Cilegon City students. This research used a descriptive study design with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 205 with a sample size of 105 respondents taken by simple random sampling. Data collection was done using questionnaires, interviews, and measurements using the Pain and Distress Scale (PAD) questionnaire. The results of the analysis showed a significant relationship between bag load (Pvalue=0.000) and duration of carrying the bag (Pvalue=0.000) with complaints of low back pain. There was no significant relationship between gender (Pvalue=0.438) and sitting position (Pvalue=0.996) with complaints of low back pain.
