The use of Styrofoam as food packaging widely used by food vendors has a negative side on the environment and health. This study aims to determine that environmental impacts, attitudes, and availability of containers are associated with the use of Styrofoam containers as food packaging. The research approach used a quantitative analytic cross-sectional design with a chi-square statistical test. The study population amounted to 132 food sellers in Kramatwatu Village, Kramatwatu Health Center working area with a sample of 45 respondents. The results of this study indicate there is a relationship between environmental impact (P-value=0.009), attitude (P-value=0.031), and container availability (P-value=0.002). Food vendors are expected to reduce the use of Styrofoam and use packaging with materials that are more environmentally friendly and have food-grade qualifications.
