Work accidents are clearly undesirable and often unexpected events that can cause losses in time, property, property, or casualties that occur in an industrial or related work process. Factors that can cause work accidents are human factors, management, and work environment. This research aims to determine the factors associated with work accidents in nutrition installation workers at RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara 2024 used a cross-sectional research design with a sample size of 59 nutrition installation workers and univariate and bivariate analysis was carried out using the Chi Square test. The results showed that 25 (42.4%) respondents had experienced work accidents, 36 (61.0%) had good knowledge of occupational safety and health, 32 (54.2%) had worked ≥5 years (at risk), 32 (54.2%) did not comply with using PPE and 33 (55.9%) stated that supervision was not good. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test showed that there was a significant relationship between the length of service (p-value 0.00 and OR=78,000), compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (p-value 0.00 and OR=15,429), and supervision (p-value 0.001 and OR= 6.462) with work accidents
